Who Can Join
Well the answer to that is anyone who shares an interest in Scoobies as the name says we are Midlands Scoobies not Midland Impreza Turbo so whatever model of Scooby you have then that's fine with us, we have members with all models including 1.6's, 2.0 sports, Legacys etc, so feel free to join in with the fun if you own a Scoob. There is no fee to join Midland Scoobies the club Forum is free to use to so there really is no excuse to join in the fun and meet the rest of the gang. We have a meets section which contains details of our regular meets near to Derby so don't forget to check that out for all the details of our regular meet. We also organise lots of great days out below is a picture taken on a day out in the Derbyshire peaks but we can be found doing anything from karting to paintballing. We do now have up and running a membership pack for those wanting to take a more active role in supporting midland scoobies, more details can be found in our shop. Paid members have access to extra forum features along with discounts at some of the UK's top Subaru specialist including Scoobyclinic, Scoobyworld and many more 1st class midland based companies .
As a club we attend shows all over the Uk including J.A.E, The Rally Show and many more, shows are always popular amongst our members as it gives everyone a chance to get the polish out and get the cars shining for the public to look at. As if that's not enough in 2007 with our friends at WR1OC helped out Asda and the Make a Wish Foundation raise some money by driving the public round a race track at high speed at the on your marks event, all for a good cause and great fun to. Winter 2007 sees us running the Santa Cruise event alongside sidc where we get to dress up as Santa and bring presents and a smile to the sick in Derby Children's hospital at Christmas. So as you can see there is far more to being a Midland Scoobies member than turning up to a meet every now and again.
